Aerotek is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System for thermoforming operations, including vacuum and twin-sheet forming. You will drive continuous improvement, manage QA teams, handle customer audits and complaints, and ensure strict dimensional and material compliance across raw sheet stock to finished goods.
You will supervise inspectors, conduct FAI and PPAP, perform CAPA investigations, and mentor staff on quality tools and methodologies.
