• Consistently follow the established sequence of service to provide the highest level of service.
• Build and establish a personal clientele through guest interaction, name/face recognition.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately.
• Maintain a cash bank to insure quick service for cash‑paying guests.
• Perform all opening and closing duties daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of shift area and service bar/stations.
• Work as a team to insure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members alike.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism with both guests and team members.
• Comply with all manager and direct supervisor requests.

• Bi‑lingual a plus.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Proficient in opening and closing procedures, food knowledge, beverage knowledge, POS system, and cash handling procedures.
