• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
• Actively coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans that improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team member onboarding.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Capability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
