PrimaryResponsibility
Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.
Essential Job Functions- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist;
- Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas;
- Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards;
- Transport dirty items to dish room;
- Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers;
- Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- High School/GED preferred
- 6 months related experience
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES- Excellent guest service skills and communication skills;
- Ability to handle high volume and stress situations.

Salary Range:
$14.25- $22.50 + Tips
