Your Mission

As an Inside Sales Representative on the Customer Experience Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a responsive, consultative, and solutions-focused sales experience. You’ll ensure that every customer interaction — from first inquiry to post-sales follow-up — feels smooth, personal, and aligned with our values of Respect, Team Spirit, and Ownership.

How you will make a difference
  • Serve as a front-line resource for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email with accuracy, empathy, and urgency.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in collaboration with Sales Engineers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer needs are fully met.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and understanding customer goals to ensure the right‑fit solution is offered.
  • Log all activities and customer interactions in CRM to ensure visibility and alignment across the business.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the North American Sales Manager and the Customer Experience Manager to identify opportunities for enhanced service and support.
  • Maintain product and application knowledge to build credibility and trust with customers.

  • Project Management – We need an advocate for the voice of the customer during projects, someone who can keep the internal team on track to meet the customer’s performance and delivery expectations.
  • Technical Prowess – Engineering, mechanical or electrical background preferred. Ability to understand how components integrate into larger systems is expected. Willingness to learn engineering related topics that may not already be mastered is required.
  • Software, Systems & Tools Proficiency – Moderate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office is expected; experience using IFS, IFS CRM, or any other CRM platforms is a massive plus.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year College or university in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience – 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Technical Support is preferred. Experience in a B2B or manufacturing setting is preferred.

    This is a salaried exempt position with a pay range from $54,080 - $81,120 per year. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
