- Architect, design, and develop a cloud‑based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
- Integrate third‑party interface engines to enable data exchange between healthcare systems
- Ensure platform compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security
- Collaborate with product, Dev Ops, and clinical informatics teams to ensure seamless platform integration and operation
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT‑related field
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure services
- Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability
- Experience with third‑party interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices, including HIPAA‑compliant architecture
- Experience implementing modern software engineering practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
