Store Delivery Driver

Waukegan, IL, USA – Full time

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, stamina to stand, walk for the entire shift, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
• Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately
• Maintenance of a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups
• Inspection, protection, and maintenance of company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license

This position offers an hourly pay range of $15.45. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates, and you can reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
