Warehouse Shipping Associate

We are currently looking for the best and brightest warehouse employee to join our Kinter Family! If you have keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and experience in picking, packing or shipping; then Kinter is the company for you.
The pay range for this role is fixed at $19 to $21 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of shipments.
• Pack and wrap orders appropriately to reduce damage during transit.
• Operate warehouse vehicles (forklift, stock picker, reach truck, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week with overtime on an as needed basis.
