Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Director of Recruitment and Business Development (Direct Hire), Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Construction, & Engineering

I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in Waukesha, WI (53188). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Remote: No

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and post complex journal entries, including accruals, inventory adjustments
Manage fixed assets, sales and use tax, supplier advances, and intercompany transactions
Prepare and review financial statements
Analyze account variances and trends to management
Support annual external audits
Collaborate with AR/AP
Partner with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Operations, Project Management)
Process improvements
Mentor and train AP/AR Specialists to strengthen team capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
Manufacturing Experience
