- Clinical Scheduler to coordinate patient and provider calendars in a Behavioral Health clinic. You will manage ~35 provider calendars in the my Avatar EHR, enter appointments, process scheduling requests, and ensure records are accurate and confidential.
Responsibilities include scheduling follow-ups, coordinating new, return, and rescheduled visits, and delivering professional, trauma-informed service to patients and staff while protecting privacy.
