This position is in preparation for our upcoming 2024 season to begin in Spring. The Company:

The Position:
We're looking for an Operator responsible for operating a Curb Machine along with several other types of construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to skid steers, backhoes, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment.

Location:

Projects will vary by location, so reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to any job site is required as needed. Our projects are typically located throughout Southeast WI. and west to Madison, WI.

The Candidate:
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. A Class A CDL is desired but not necessary prior to hire. However, a Class A CDL must be obtained after a determined period of time, paid for by the company. High School diploma or GED equivalent Is Preferred. Punctual And Dependable. Experience Operating Equipment, and the ability to safely and efficiently operate a Curb Machine desired.

Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed. Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments. When not operating equipment, be willing to labor as needed.
