Payne + Dolan Inc., a Walbec Group company, is seeking an Experienced Asphalt Shuttle buggy Operator for the 2025 season in Southeastern Wisconsin (Waukesha, Madison, Milwaukee, Washington, Racine/Kenosha).

ThePosition
We are looking for an Experienced Asphalt Shuttle buggy Operator for our upcoming 2025 season, responsible for operating several types of paving equipment in a safe and efficient manner, including an asphalt shuttle buggy.

Projects will vary by location throughout the local area or the state. Reliable transportation and/or willingness to travel to any job site as needed is required.
Responsibilities- Operate asphalt shuttle buggy and related paving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow project plans and company safety policies.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt shuttle buggy operation.
- A CDL is desired but not necessary.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to tolerate variable weather conditions and work in dirty and dusty environments.
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member; HR can assist in the process if needed.
