As a Construction Review Technician, you’ll inspect infrastructure projects, work outdoors, and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and city officials. • Construction review of sewer, water, and paving construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and plans.
• Use measuring tools to verify materials, line, elevations, grade, etc.
• Maintain accurate daily records and update project documentation using electronic reporting software.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and city staff to keep projects on track.
• Respond to public inquiries and help address construction‑related concerns.
• Work outdoors on real‑world infrastructure projects that improve communities.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills for interacting with project managers, contractors, and the public.
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimations.
• Flexibility to move between different project sites and locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with construction, surveying, or CAD software is a plus, but NOT required.
