Drywall Project Manager​/Estimator

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $/yr

We’re hiring a Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial drywall and framing projects from estimating through closeout. This role combines pre‑construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for drywall scopes
• Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with general contractors and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

• Experience in commercial drywall and/or metal framing construction
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid understanding of commercial construction workflows and schedules
• Professional, client‑facing communication skills
