Project Manager; Installation Projects

Position: Project Manager (Installation Projects)
Description Kforce's client in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Project Manager responsible for managing installation and implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Responsibilities:
* Oversees project planning, financial performance, billing, revenue forecasting, and cost management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Coordinates project resources, materials, and subcontractors, proactively identifying and resolving risks, constraints, and project issues
* Manages scope delivery, secures change orders when appropriate, and serves as the primary point of accountability for successful project execution and client outcomes
* Manage projects following project processes and where applicable under direction from Sr. Project Manager
* Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
* Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects
* Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope
* Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources;
Identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues
* Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues Requirements
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
