The Apparel Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating graphic designs for various apparel products, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, dye sublimation, and other garments.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop original graphic designs for apparel products that align with brand identity and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive collections.
  • Create mockups and present design concepts for feedback and approval.
  • Research current trends in apparel graphics, color palettes, and printing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare artwork files for printing, including color separations and file formatting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
  • Required to travel approximately 3 - 4 times per year. Additionally, there may be occasional weekend work as directed by the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree or 4+ years in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Apparel Graphic Designer is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as receiving and producing results based on feedback provided.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in design execution.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of apparel graphic design projects.
  • Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
  • Must understand art placement and sizing.
