Junior Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Work with SEO experts and win in SERPs
• Create compelling copy with strong calls to action
• Persuasive, educational and inspiring writing
• Generate SEO-focused creative web content
• Follow iNET writing style and learn/use client-specific voices
• Use persuasive, informational and inspirational writing strategies to connect clients with target audiences
• Participate in occasional client meetings
• Collaborate with Project Manager + SEO, design, development and sales teams to ensure project success

• Excellent writer who produces clear, concise and thoughtful work
• Able to seamlessly integrate research and topic knowledge into SEO-focused writing
• Meticulous about checking work for spelling and grammatical errors
• Familiar with Google Docs and Microsoft Office and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini etc.
• Comfortable writing for B2B and B2C clients
• Team player with a positive attitude

As an entry level copywriter, work with 50ish people: copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers to fulfill our mission:
Improving the Economy One Business at a Time with Profit Generating Websites. Our team also has 2 server admins and2 onsite technicians who double as in-house IT. See photos of the team. We grew up onseveral dozen direct-with-proprietor small business relationships back before website marketing was even a thing. Now a full-service marketing agency, we place more radio and podcast ads than anyone in Wisconsin (reaching 100,000 earholes per month).
