We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professionals. We are currently hiring for Dance Coaches. Whether you have years of dance and/or dance coach experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us! As a high energy, customer-focused dance coach, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week, helping students reach their personal dance goals. You will work closely with people from all walks of life and have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives every day. We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we also host many events on some weekday evenings and weekends that you will need and want to attend with your students.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understanding of what it takes to be successful and a willingness to commit to the work.
• Accountable and unselfish team player.
• Eagerly accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Positive outlook – cup always half full.
• Exceptional physical fitness/endurance to perform this role successfully.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.
