Responsibilities- Accurately process deposit and loan transactions while adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Support Retail Banking expectations by maintaining customer relationships, providing superior customer service, and referring bank products and services when beneficial and appropriate.
- Operate in full compliance with internal policies/procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying customer needs, promoting current promotional offers, and referring customers to Bankers and other lines of business (Residential Lending, Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate, WIS and Merchant Services) for further assistance with bank products and services.
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience as set forth in WSB’s Mission.
- Maintain knowledge of WSB’s core processing system, WSB products and service, WSB policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements governing retail deposit accounts.
- Answer customer questions and resolve related account issues, including phone and in‑person.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience required: 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Preferred: 2–4 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Education required:
High School diploma or GED. - Additional education and/or experience:
Co‑op participation and previous cash handling and/or retail experience.
