Do you love building relationships and delivering top-tier client experiences? Our fast-growing financial services firm in Waukesha is seeking a Client Services Representative to play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and our clients well cared for.
In this role, you’ll handle essential administrative and client support tasks, allowing our advisors to focus on helping clients reach their goals. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities- Process applications, assist clients with questions, gather required documents, and follow client onboarding through completion
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Complete service requests and resolve client issues promptly
- Input and maintain accurate client notes in the CRM
- Coordinate and follow up on client account transfers
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff
- Assist in scheduling client appointments for the Advisor
- Support new business processing as needed
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- Strong industry knowledge and client service experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Consistent follow-through and accountability
