Practice OverviewTarget Optical is part of Essilor Luxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of world‑class vision care products. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing Doctor.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
