Schedule:

Monday - Friday Clinical Time: 35 patient contact hours per week Setting: 100% outpatient internal medicine practice Patient Population:
Adult patients, including complex and chronic disease management Team-Based Model:
Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Responsibilities Include:

- Conducting preventive exams and managing acute and chronic conditions - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with patients and families - Participating in clinic meetings, quality initiatives, and continuing education activities

Qualifications:

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active or eligible Wisconsin Medical License Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care Strong interpersonal and communication skills & Benefits:
