Insight Global is seeking a field-oriented service technician to coordinate equipment deliveries and service calls. You will assist with installation, documentations, and customer training on rental equipment. You will also troubleshoot issues, inspect returned gear, and ensure proper inventory control.
The role requires some after-hours/weekend work during peak times, a strong work ethic, and reliability. On-call rotation may be required to support customers across sites.
