• Interact with clients and co‑workers to determine surveying scope of services and develop proposals.
• Research public records to determine existing property boundaries, easements, and other land‑surveying information.
• Perform a wide range of land surveys, including boundary, topographical, utility, and construction surveys.
• Prepare land division instruments and survey basemaps using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Direct and review construction staking setup activities.
• Coordinate land survey requirements (tasks, duties, budgets, schedules, etc.) with internal team members and provide assistance to complete required tasks.
• Mentor survey field staff to ensure best practices are followed.

• Professional Land Surveyor’s License with ability to obtain a license in Wisconsin, Michigan or Illinois after being hired.
• 3+ years of prior experience as a Land Surveyor.
