Harvest Project Specialist
Description:
The Harvest Project Specialist is responsible for managing system flow into harvest and coordinating system testing in the field. The Project Specialist works with GEHC employees to plan and execute harvest processes.
Contact and follow up with Field Engineers to facilitate system testing as part of system de-installation.Pull Line of Sight (LOS) file for potential harvest systems.Work closely with the item integrity team to drive used part setup.Maintain harvest master parts list and communicate changes to the global harvest team.Collaborate with the Harvest Project Leader to gather essential data such as Bill of Materials, drawings, and extraction results.Liaise with the Asset Recovery team to align yield with system purchase price. Maintain Intelligent Blue Book (IBB) calculators.Quality Specific Goals:
Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines.Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective actions as needed.Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of project management experience.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.Proficiency in soft skills necessary for effective project management.Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of projects.Experience with MS Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:
PMI certification is a plus.Experience with change management.Results-driven approach.Problem resolution and creative solution development skills.Bachelor's degree.Familiarity with Oracle, Quickbase, Xelus, MyWorkshop, Freebird Business Intelligence (FBI), and Lean Manufacturing processes.Contact:
