• Systematically review the mechanical design rules of all products to ensure customer needs are met while maintaining organizational cost and reliability goals. Define customer requirements, perform detailed analysis of loads and stresses, materials, and manufacturing processes to determine conformity.
• Provide recommendations, plan, and execute approved projects that enhance product competitiveness in collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, and other functions.
• Identify, plan, and execute projects to deliver new product designs and extensions of current products through inter-departmental team efforts.
• Develop and recommend solutions to complex and unusual order-related requirements to manage risk.
• Document the rationale for mechanical designs and provide rules for executing specific product designs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

This is a fully onsite position in Waukesha, WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 13, 2026.
