Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a skilled and relationship-focused Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Banking Team. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of business clients-ranging from small enterprises to large, complex organizations across multiple industries. You'll conduct proactive check-ins, identify future needs, cross-sell meaningful financial solutions, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the loan lifecycle, from renewals to new loan processing.

Acting as a salesperson, analyst, and advocate, you'll play a vital role in helping local businesses thrive while strengthening WSB's presence in the community.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you'll independently oversee portfolio credit quality, respond quickly to emerging risks, prepare or partner on credit presentations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate, and professional service. You'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while also mentoring junior banking staff and supporting the Bank's ongoing commitment to excellence.
