Under supervision, responsible for product cost oversight, operations income statement detail, and inventory analysis. Prepares all related reporting information. Performs financial analysis and participates in special projects, as required.

• Analyze and prepare reporting package for the Manufacturing department.
• Analyze product costing results and variances to standard cost.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budgets for the Manufacturing department.
• Interpret financial operating results and make recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
• Provide reliable data and continuously enhance the quality of information and team responsiveness to changing business needs.

• Report to Senior finance staff.
• Interact with Production line staff & managers.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in cost accounting, FP&A, or a related function.
• Experience with product cost/cost accounting activities.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English required.

• Up to 5% of time.
