This .6 FTE commits to 24 hours a week; 12 hour Night shifts with weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities- Communicate changes in patient situations/conditions that would require notification to the RN. Performs efficient and effective patient bedside handoffs at shift change using SBAR communication methodologies to communicate patient care activities.
- Assists with patient activities as delegated by the RN including activities of daily living (i.e. dressing, ambulating, toileting, eating, grooming, oral care and bathing).
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS CPR) required
- Active/expired Certified Nursing Assistant on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Prior experience as a C.N.A. is preferred
