We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team at Complete Care at Kensington in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As an integral part of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and engaging environment for our residents. • Plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of activities and programs for residents, including games, arts and crafts, outings, and special events
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address the needs and interests of our residents
• Provide support and guidance to volunteers and other staff members as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and program participation
• Assist in the development and implementation of activity calendars and schedules

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
• Basic computer skills and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Availability to work schedule, including evenings and weekends
