Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr
A growing, well-established financial services firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition, drive performance, and elevate HR strategy. This role owns the full cycle—from sourcing top talent to implementing policies that protect and grow the team—while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities- Recruiting & Hiring Excellence – Source, interview, and hire top performers; build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Onboarding & Training – Create a seamless, high-impact onboarding process to ensure new hires are productive within 30 days
- Compensation & Benefits Oversight – Evaluate and enhance programs to attract and retain talent while controlling costs
- Policy & Compliance Leadership – Maintain up-to-date employee and compliance manuals; ensure 100% adherence to labor laws
- Performance & Culture – Implement performance management processes that drive engagement and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven HR and recruitment success, ideally in a high-performance environment; track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
- Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding is crucial, particularly for the recruitment aspect of the role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace suite
- Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practices, and HR related systems
- Excellent communication; verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Ability to make sound decisions, particularly in the context of hiring, employee development, and policy implementation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
