In this role, you’ll lead key HR functions across our team of 150+ staff, including talent acquisition, employee growth and retention, and performance management. Your work will directly influence our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent while supporting our culture of ownership and engagement.

- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support current and future business priorities - Change Management:
Drive change initiatives and foster behaviors that align with organizational goals; enhance the employee experience through new hire check‑ins, exit interviews, and feedback programs - Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and employees across all offices - Talent Management:
Lead efforts in talent attraction, retention, and development; collaborate with leaders to identify critical skills and implement development plans - Coaching & Development:
Provide coaching on performance, career development, and corrective actions; support employees in navigating career paths and growth opportunities - Learning & Development:
Embed learning initiatives and leadership development programs into the business culture - Employee & Labor Relations:
Address employee issues, ensure compliance and manage risk - HR Analytics:
Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, project management, and HR program development/implementation
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) preferred
