As an IT Systems Administrator at Wells, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient functioning of our systems, servers, and networks, enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional concrete products and solutions. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in resolving IT-related challenges and optimizing our technological capabilities.

Salary range ($85,/yr). Based on experience.

• Systems Management:
  Work with a team of system administrators to plan, implement, manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, backup and storage infrastructure across multiple data centers and cloud locations in a WAN environment.
• Software and Applications:
  Manage and update various software applications used across the organization, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, project management tools, CAD applications, and production software.
• Security and Compliance:
  Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect Wells’ sensitive data and IT infrastructure. Regularly monitor for potential security threats and promptly respond to any security incidents.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery:
  Establish and maintain a reliable data backup and disaster recovery strategy to safeguard critical business information and minimize downtime during unforeseen events.
• Asset Management, Budgeting, and Planning:
  Participate in asset management, budgeting, and planning activities throughout the year to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and the alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
• System Upgrades and Enhancements:
  Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to IT systems, ensuring they align with business requirements and support Wells’ continuous growth.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• IT Infrastructure Improvement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing IT infrastructure, proposing and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• User Support:
