Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Clinical Operations

Location: Wisconsin (Vicinity of Waukesha). Onsite. Only Locals

Description:

• Function as the primary support & contact for applications, including regular communication with clients, vendors, peers, and team members. Serve as a bridge between end users and vendors.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications, including design, build, test, and maintenance. Tasks range from small service requests to larger project implementations, involving requirements gathering, workflow analysis, data collection, report details, and technical issue resolution.
• Assist with system troubleshooting, implementations, and software updates. Tasks include system build, designing/modifying workflows, data import/export, configuration setup, provisioning, and security.
• Participate in system testing and validation, including unit, functional, workflow, and integrated tests. Log and track issues, modify testing scripts, and develop/maintain testing protocols. Coordinate testing with end users as needed.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to support non-clinical applications, collaborating with IT teams, project managers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a multidisciplinary environment to ensure a stable and functional software application. Analyze system issues and report or escalate build or environment problems appropriately.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system support, including build trackers and change management procedures.
• This position requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for immediate off-hours response.
• Actively pursue education and cross-training in all departmental areas of expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-6 years of IT experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
• Business acumen, with understanding of operational workflows supported by applications
• Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to new assignments
• Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, and application lifecycle management
• Initial applications include RL6, Milestone, RFT – Baby Safe Place, ALM
