200 Travis Ln, Waukesha, WI 53189 with travel to other Therm Tech locations in Waukesha and New Berlin
Position
Hours:
Primarily 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday however, this position must ensure that production functions are maintained 24/7, potentially requiring on-call availability.
Position Salary: $70,000 - $100,000. Salaries are based on a number of factors, including the skills and experience of the candidates. It is common to be hired at the lower to middle end of a salary range and while it is possible to be hired at the higher end, it often requires unique circumstances, such as proven expertise.

Job DescriptionSummary:
The QMS/MES System Administrator for Bluestreak will serve as the primary administrator, subject matter expert, and trainer for our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Quality Management System (QMS). They will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the system effectively supports our heat treatment and manufacturing operations. A successful candidate will drive system optimization, troubleshoot issues, manage change requests, and generate reports that inform business decisions.

Responsibilities- System Administration:
Take ownership of the Bluestreak MES/QMS platform, including user setup, security, and day-to-day maintenance. - User Support and Training:
Act as the first point of contact for system troubleshooting and support. Develop and provide training materials and sessions for new and existing users to ensure efficient and correct system usage. - Process Improvement:
Analyze current business processes within the heat treatment facility and identify opportunities to leverage Bluestreak for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. - Requirements and Change Management:
Evaluate business requests for system changes or enhancements. Perform impact analysis on scope, schedule, and cost before providing recommendations. - Report Development and Data Analysis:
Create custom reports and dashboards using Telerik to provide actionable insights into production and quality metrics. Use SQL to query the database for advanced analysis and reporting. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and management, to align system functionality with business objectives. - Independent and Team Work:
Manage workload independently while also collaborating effectively with groups on larger projects.
