Join a family‑focused construction company that leads in heavy and highway construction. As a Senior Integrations Analyst, you will design, develop and optimize complex system integrations that enable seamless data flow across the organization’s applications and partners.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex system integrations connecting ERP, CRM, and third‑party systems.
• Partner with business units, application teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and shape integration strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Define integration requirements, architecture, and data flow strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of integration or data integrity issues.
• Oversee the design, documentation, testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions across environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware platforms, and data integration (ETL).
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture, data exchange standards, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data warehousing/BI tools.
• Proficiency in scripting, API integration, and data mapping tools.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
