Link Tech, LLC is a customer‑first Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting clients across various industries from Milwaukee to Madison and beyond. As we expand, we’re seeking a Systems Engineer to help lead technical projects, support the team, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service.

• Bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and treat customers with respect and empathy.
• Work with Link Tech clients to deliver on service agreements and ensure subscribed services are delivered in compliance with established protocols.
• Maintain healthy RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) checks and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or in‑person.
• Review client software and hardware infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver reports to clients confirming service quality and system health.
• Develop project proposals; once approved, manage projects to ensure consistent progress.
• Provide mentorship and support to other engineers and consultants.
• Track time effectively to demonstrate effort and project value.

• Associate degree in IT Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience deploying infrastructure and supporting end users.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft On‑Premises and Cloud solutions (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 10/11).
• Strong understanding of remote device management, including patch management, software/hardware monitoring, and managed antivirus.
• Solid grasp of network topology, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls (pf Sense experience preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus if you have experience with: RMM tools, Cloud backup solutions, Network management tools, FreePBX or Asterisk VoIP systems, Linux server environments.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, VMware, CompTIA) are a plus.
