We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Sr. Manager, Sourcing & Event Design
. This person will own sourcing and site selection for Bond, help build exceptional client proposals, and represent us in the Meetings & Events industry.

Location: This is a hybrid role for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada) or one of our U.S. office locations in Detroit, MI, or Austin, TX. We are also open to exceptional candidates seeking a fully remote opportunity if not within reasonable commuting distance to a Bond office.

• Lead hotel sourcing, destination recommendations, and venue selection for a variety of global programs, including large-scale events and high-end incentive travel programs.
• Build and refine sourcing processes to deliver cost-effective, creative, and strategically aligned solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape briefs, negotiate rates, secure contracts, build budgets, and provide ongoing support to delivery teams.
• Adhere to company and client standards and deadlines
• Use insights, data, and industry knowledge to guide all decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that blend creativity, strategy, and storytelling — proposals that win business and wow clients.
• Identify new opportunities and bring them to life, leveraging your industry network and/or existing client relationships.
• Explore and recommend emerging destinations, unique venues, and unexpected design elements that make experiences stand out.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients, offering insights that elevate program design and execution.
• Represent Bond in the MICE community through associations, networking events, and industry partnerships.
• Stay ahead of trends, hotel openings, up & coming destinations, and innovative partnerships.

• Take ownership of how we approach sourcing and event design, with the freedom to reimagine processes and strategies from the ground up.
• Identify opportunities to work smarter and deliver greater impact — using technology and fresh thinking.
• Champion new ideas and challenge “the way it’s always been done”.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent by adopting modern tools and approaches, including AI solutions, that unlock efficiencies and unique client offerings.
• Collaborate across the business to ensure sourcing is not just a step in a process, but a strategic driver of unforgettable experiences.
