The Regional Operations Manager oversees multiple construction projects within a designated geographic area, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills to coordinate project teams, manage client relationships, and drive business performance in alignment with company goals.

• Lead and supervise field teams during cable installation, splicing, conduit construction, and related telecom infrastructure.
• Directly manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure daily construction activities meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and placement of materials and equipment on‑site.
• Follow construction schedules and monitor daily and weekly progress to achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to establish and maintain project goals, schedules, and resource needs.
• Work closely with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure proper reporting, collection, and billing of project units and deliverables.
• Manage budgets for all projects within the area and implement cost control measures.
• Approve expenditures, review financial reports and forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily safety meetings, and ensure full compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards on‑site.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets technical specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for all phases of the construction process; provide regular progress updates.

• Strong leadership and project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Strategic planning skills with a track record of improving profitability.
