Material Handler – 3rd Shift (Supply Chain)

Location: Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI
Hourly rate: $20.80 per hour
Core hours: 11 pm – 7 am (overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times)
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000* (paid in two installments, less applicable withholding)

- Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e‑coat lines to the shipping dock and fill out necessary paperwork
- Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound materials
- Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material
- Move pallets of in‑process work to where they are accessible to other customers
- Keep department provided pallets and dispose of unusable pallets
- Puts parts away in storage racks or floor locations
- Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant
- Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office
- Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained
- Other duties may be assigned as needed by a Team Lead or Supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift
- Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship or support for this position
- No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience in the safe operation of various types of material‑handling equipment
Skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
