Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics—handling everything from receiving deliveries and stowing inventory to supporting our production floor with critical material deliveries. WarehouseAssociate Duties and Responsibilities
Receive incoming deliveries, verify load contents against paperwork, and accurately stow materials in designated locations.
Pick parts for internal Shop Orders and deliver them to various manufacturing locations across the campus.
Perform daily deliveries to office and shop locations, and participate in bi‑annual physical inventory and regular cycle counting.
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move or transfer products.
Assist in loading, packing, and securing materials on tractor‑trailers or delivery vehicles.
Perform light assembly, product modifications, and other hands‑on production tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain warehouse equipment and proactively communicate any material or packaging issues to leadership.
At least 1 year of Warehouse/Receiving experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform a job that requires regular standing, walking, and reaching.
Proficiency in computer use and inventory control systems is required.
Ability to perform basic computations and apply concepts like fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical tasks.
Excellent close/distance vision, color vision, and depth perception are required for safe equipment operation.
