Metal Tek International has an opportunity in its Petro-chemical Foundry for a hands-on 3rd Shift Foundry Supervisor who will oversee safety, quality, productivity, and cost for the 3rd shift. Flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts is required, with leadership over hiring, training, and daily activities of direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of foundry experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, and an engineering or technical degree or equivalent foundry
