Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Froedtert Health is recruiting a full‑time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Froedtert Westbrook Health Center in Waukesha, WI.

ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to patients in a collegial, collaborative practice setting. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
Qualifications For Nurse Practitioners- A master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multi‑state Nursing License under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an AHA‑approved equivalent upon hire.
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or eligibility to obtain.
- Bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies.
- Current state certification as a PA and current DEA registration.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an AHA‑approved equivalent upon hire.
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or eligibility to obtain.
