Preceptor Home Health & Hospice is growing! We are a home health and hospice agency providing services in patient homes in 16 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, palliative care, and outpatient services.

We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Appleton, Sheboygan, and Mount Pleasant/Racine.

To best provide for our clients and case managers, we are looking to add to our 7 on/7 off team.

Opening for a Registered Nurse to cover our Southern Territories (Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Waukesha Counties).

Shifts are Monday to Sunday from 4 PM to 7:30 AM on alternate weeks. During this time, you will have both home health and hospice visits. Some of the visits will be scheduled visits and some will be on‑call.

You're covered: $5,000-$7,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Work 7 days, have 7 days off
• Take one week of accrued vacation and have 3 weeks off
• Be home to send the kids off to school and welcome them home again
• Provide 1:1 care for patients without the need to answer a call light
• Work in a positive environment where your concerns are heard and acted upon

• Carry a current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• 2 years of RN level nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates
• Ability to work independently
• Good organization and effective time management skills
• Willingness to travel to meet patient needs
• Compliance with documentation standards and regulations
• Prior home health experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply
