Pro Health Moreland Surgery Center is an AAAHC accredited multi-specialty facility that operates weekdays with no call or holidays. The primary specialties served are General and Vascular, Urology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, and Plastic Surgery. Other specialties served include Oral Maxillofacial, Gynecology, Podiatry, and Pain Management Surgery. MSC has seven multi-purpose operating rooms, with over 75 practicing physicians and 50+ team members. The surgery center is consistently ranked in the top quartile nationally for patient satisfaction and performs approximately 5000 cases annually .

Functions as a member of the surgical team under the direct supervision of a registered peri-operative nurse. Responsible for assisting in general department cleaning, case cart preparation, running errands, relaying messages, assisting with patient care, transporting of patients and room turnover.
Primarily involved in team assistance to include room turnovers, room set up, sterile supply management, case cart preparation, inventory control, and direct patient care activities under the direction of a charge RN, specialty team pod leader, or staff RN.
What You Will Need:
- Previous operating room support staff role or training as aide/nursing assistant or other patient contact role.
- Clinical training in aseptic technique is preferred.
- BLS is required within three months of hire.
