Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM
• 2nd Shift IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
• NOC Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)

As a CNA at Avina, You Will:

• Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
• Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Accurately document cares provided.
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Current CNA Certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care skills
• Compassion, attention to detail, and a true desire to help others
