Compensation & Shift Details:

• Full‑time, Part‑time, or PRN positions
• AM or PM shifts
• $36.00‑$45.00 per hour, based on experience
• Shift differential for PM shifts
• Eligible for sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities: The RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents’ total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and ensuring person‑centered care.

Requirements:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
• Active CPR certification
• Knowledge or experience in geriatrics
• Preferred supervisory experience
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Sound independent judgment and adaptability to change
