Registered Nurse; RN PM shift

Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our residents.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr. differential)
• NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr. differential)

• If you sign up for a 1.0 master schedule- you will qualify for $45/hour!

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care and administer medications
• Monitor and advocate for residents’ health and well‑being
• Communicate effectively with team members and other medical professionals during shift and shift report
• Promote safety, dignity, and compliance with care standards

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered focus
• Team spirit, reliability, and excellent communication skills

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus FT
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus PT
