As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their entire visit from check‑in to check‑out. You will serve as a vital link between the client and the medical team, capturing medical notes, creating treatment plans, and coordinating all aspects of patient care to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.

Your Impact Will Include
  • Setting the Stage for a Great Visit:
    You'll contact clients before their appointments to set expectations, answer questions, and ensure they are prepared for their visit.
  • Acting as a Medical Scribe:
