We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks with precision and flair, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued patrons.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Engage with customers in a positive manner, providing recommendations and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies when needed, and assist with inventory control processes.
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the bar's offerings.
• Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt delivery of orders and seamless service.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including licensing requirements for serving liquor.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks with ease.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess the necessary certifications required by local regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• A customer service-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds.
• Manual dexterity required for handling bar equipment and glassware.
